Olivia Hutchings – Director & Principal Occupational Therapist at Littleversity

Olivia is a registered Occupational Therapist and the founder of Littleversity, a paediatric OT provider supporting children across Adelaide’s North, East, and North-Eastern suburbs. With extensive experience in youth-focused roles across both public and private sectors, Olivia is passionate about early intervention and creating playful, evidence-based therapy programs. Her goal is to help children thrive in their daily lives – building the skills they need today and for their future.

Services Offered at Dernancourt Medical Centre

Olivia now provides in-clinic occupational therapy sessions for children under 12 at Dernancourt Medical Centre on Friday mornings.
This option offers families convenient access to high-quality, face-to-face therapy without incurring travel fees.

Please note: Appointments are limited.

Olivia works collaboratively with families, educators, and health professionals to deliver therapy that is engaging, individualised, and goal-focused.

Olivia supports children with a wide range of developmental needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Developmental delay
  • Intellectual disability
  • and more.

She can also assist with goals related to:

  • Emotional and sensory regulation
  • Fine and gross motor skills
  • Retained primitive reflexes
  • Social and play skills
  • and more.

In addition, Olivia can offer:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) *FCAs may include home and/or school observations.
  • Developmental Assessments
  • Support for NDIS applications and reviews
  • Engagement with care teams for consistency in approaches used

Fees & Billing

Littleversity accepts:

  • Private paying clients (including Medicare and private health insurance)
  • NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants
    (NDIA agency-managed funding not currently accepted)
  • Referrals by a GP or other professional are not necessary for booking (unless requesting services through Medicare).

Fee structure:

  • $193.99 per hour
  • Sessions typically include 45 minutes of therapy and 15 minutes of administrative time
  • Functional reports and travel time (where applicable) are billed at $97/hr

*Private health rebates vary by fund and cover level – please check with your provider for details.

Payment Terms:

  • Private and self-managed clients: payment via bank transfer is appreciated ASAP after the session (maximum 7 days to make payment).
  • NDIS plan-managed clients: invoices will be sent directly to plan managers, with payment requested within 7 days.
  • Late payments may result in future sessions being paused or cancelled. Preferred times/days cannot be held during any gap in service.

Cancellation Policy

Littleversity kindly requests at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations in writing (email, SMS).
Late cancellations (inside 48 hours) may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
