Dr Verma brings extensive medical experience gained in both Australia and overseas, having worked in a wide range of metropolitan and rural general practices. She has also held positions at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Modbury Hospital, and Lyell McEwin Hospital (LMH).
Dr Verma has a special interest in Women’s Health, including the management of menstrual concerns and the insertion and removal of Mirena® and Implanon® devices. She also enjoys caring for children, supporting older patients, and assisting people with mental health concerns. Her background includes training in psychiatry, which has strengthened her holistic approach to patient care.
In addition, Dr Verma has a keen interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, including minor skin cancer excisions and procedures.
